These Terms & Conditions govern your use of amzobyamaaz.com and purchases from AMZO by Amaaz (“AMZO”, “we”, “us” or “our”) in Pakistan. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase contract or use the store with the supervision of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for accurate account information and for keeping your login details confidential.
We aim to describe products, shades, sizes, packaging and ingredients accurately. Screen colours and packaging may vary slightly, and formulations may be updated. Product information is for general cosmetic use and is not medical advice. Read the label, follow directions, perform a patch test before first use and stop use if irritation occurs. Consult a qualified healthcare professional where appropriate, including during pregnancy, nursing, treatment of a skin condition or use alongside prescribed products.
Prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise. Any delivery charge, discount or applicable tax will be shown before you confirm the order. Available payment methods appear at checkout. You authorise the selected payment provider to process the amount due.
Your order is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement does not by itself guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch because of unavailable stock, pricing or listing errors, unsuccessful payment verification, suspected misuse or delivery limitations. If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, we will arrange a refund.
Delivery estimates are indicative and may be affected by courier operations, weather, public holidays, access restrictions or events outside our reasonable control. Please provide complete and accurate delivery information and inspect the parcel promptly after receipt.
Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits any non-excludable rights available under applicable consumer law.
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with checkout, use false information, copy protected content without permission or use the store for unlawful activity.
AMZO names, logos, product presentation, website text, graphics and other original materials are owned by or licensed to AMZO and may not be reproduced or commercially used without written permission.
If you submit a review or other content, it must be honest, relevant, lawful and must not violate another person’s rights. You give AMZO permission to display and moderate that content for store and promotional purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMZO is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use, misuse of a product, failure to follow directions or events outside our reasonable control. This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
